We work exclusively with QuickBooks Online, allowing us to provide efficient collaboration, secure cloud access, and accurate monthly reports.

Do I need to use QuickBooks Online?

Yes. Our systems and processes are built around QuickBooks Online to ensure consistency, efficiency, and the best experience for our clients.

Can you help if my books are behind?

Yes. We catch up and clean up your books first, then keep them current with monthly bookkeeping.

Does cleanup cost extra?

Yes. Cleanup and catch up work is quoted separately from monthly bookkeeping, and you get the price before any work starts.

Can you prepare my tax return?

No. AccurateBooX provides bookkeeping and year end tax support. We prepare organized financial reports and work with your CPA or tax professional to make tax season easier.

Do you prepare 1099s?

Yes. We can prepare and assist with filing 1099 forms for eligible vendors as an add on service, starting at $100.

Can I change my service package later?

Yes. As your business grows, you can upgrade or adjust your bookkeeping package at any time.

Do you offer one time projects?

Yes. We provide QuickBooks reviews, chart of accounts cleanup, bookkeeping cleanup, financial analysis, and other special projects on a custom quote basis.

How do we work together?

Most clients work with us virtually using QuickBooks Online, secure document sharing, email, phone, and video meetings. In person meetings in Los Angeles are available by appointment.

How often will I receive my financial reports?

Monthly financial statements are delivered by the 15th of every month.
